Who sends the texts
Texts come from tech.regardless Front Desk, the text message assistant run by tech.regardless.
How you opt in
You opt in by calling our number and hearing the missed call message, which says we'll text you about your call, or by ticking the text message box on our contact form. The box is optional and unchecked by default.
What the texts are about
Only your call or request: questions to understand what you need, booking and confirming a time, a reminder before the appointment, and a review request after the job. No marketing.
How often
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we'll stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
