What is missed-call text-back?
When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business instead of silence. The text asks for their name, what they need, and a good time. You get one text with those details and reply Y to take the job or N to pass. The point is to reach the customer before they call the next company on the list.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Our AI Front Desk is part of the Full Presence Plan: $600 a month. That one price includes a new website built for you (an $1,800 value), missed-call text-back, booking by text, review requests after the job, and ongoing website care. You can cancel any month. If you only want a website, it's $1,800 one-time.
What if the Front Desk doesn't pay off?
If your AI Front Desk doesn't make you money from a missed call in the first 30 days, your next 30 days are free. That's on top of being able to cancel the monthly plan any month.
What does business automation mean for a small shop?
It means software does the jobs you repeat by hand every week. For a small shop that's usually intake forms that text you the moment they're submitted, follow ups that send on a schedule you set, invoices and payment reminders that go out without you, and a weekly report in plain English. Where we can, it's built on tools you already pay for. Each project gets one flat price, agreed in writing before work starts.
How long does a website take?
A custom website takes 1 to 2 weeks. You get two full design rounds and unlimited small tweaks during the build. A rush is sometimes possible for 25% more, and we cut scope, not corners. The first 30 days of fixes and changes after launch are included.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your business number, and customers keep calling it. We set up a separate texting number for your business, and you turn on call forwarding for the calls you don't answer. Setup takes about ten minutes, and we test it together before it goes live.
Is texting live?
Not yet. Texting turns on only once the carrier approval and the texting account are both active, and until then no texts go out. Your Front Desk goes live once your business number is approved for texting, and we test it together before it does.
How do review requests work?
When you mark a job done by text, the customer gets a thank-you text about an hour later with your Google review link. If you'd rather not ask for reviews, it can send your own referral message instead.
What does the Front Desk say to my customers?
It asks three short questions: their name, what they need, and a good time. By default it never talks about prices and never promises an exact arrival time, so those calls stay with you. If you want it to share your prices or arrival windows, tell us and we'll set it up that way.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel the monthly plan any month. The Front Desk and ongoing website care stop when the plan ends. Your customer list and job history stay yours either way.
